1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, kosher salt, and sugar. Whisk until fully incorporated. Add milk and vegetable oil and whisk again until batter is smooth.
2. Stage
Pour into microwave safe mug and microwave for 50 seconds on high. Remove from microwave and add marshmallows to top of cake. Microwave 10 seconds more. Garnish with a piece of chocolate and a graham cracker and serve.
