Ingredients for - Spicy Mango Slaw

1. 3 c. shredded green cabbage (from about 1/4 small head) -
2. 1 large green mango, peeled and shredded (about 3 c.) -
3. 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed (about 2 c.) -
4. 1 large jalapeño, seeded and minced -
5. 1 large shallot, minced -
6. Zest of 1 lime -
7. Juice of 2 limes -
8. 2 tsp. granulated sugar -
9. 1 tsp. kosher salt -
10. 1/3 c. spicy mayo -
11. 1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro -
12. 1/4 c. Chopped fresh mint -
13. Crushed red pepper flakes, for serving (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Spicy Mango Slaw

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss cabbage, mangos, jalapeño, shallot, lime zest and juice, granulated sugar, and salt. Let stand 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Add mayo, cilantro, and mint and toss to combine. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if using.
