How to cook deliciously - Spinach-Artichoke Stuffed Bread
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°.

Slice off the top 1/2" of the bread and hollow out the inside of the bread to create a bowl. (Save insides and top slice for snacking.)

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, artichokes, spinach, garlic, 3/4 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan. Add red pepper flakes and season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the mixture into the bread bowl until filled to brim, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Place on baking sheets and bake until dip is warm and bubbly, 28 to 30 minutes.

Dip bread scraps in any leftover spinach-artichoke dip while the stuffed bread bakes. Slice stuffed loaf and serve.
