How to cook deliciously - Tiramisu Pizza
1 . Stage
Preheat oven to 350º and line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Divide sugar cookie dough into two halves and roll each half into a circle.
2 . Stage
Transfer circles to prepared baking sheets and bake until lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
3 . Stage
In a bowl, mix together mascarpone and sugar. Spread on cooled “pizzas” and dust with cocoa powder.
4 . Stage
Garnish pizzas with chopped espresso beans and chocolate shavings.
