Ingredients for - Waldorf slaw

1. 1 small white cabbage , shredded -
2. 4 sticks celery , sliced -
3. 2 green apples , peeled and diced -
4. handful grapes , halved -
5. 6 tbsp light mayonnaise -
6. 1 tbsp white wine vinegar -
7. 50g walnuts , roughly chopped -

How to cook deliciously - Waldorf slaw

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, celery, apples and grapes. Mix the mayo with the vinegar and season. Stir it into the vegetables so that they are well coated. Sprinkle on the walnuts and serve. Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
