1. 3 c. chopped watermelon (1 pound) -
2. 1/2 c. frozen raspberries -
3. 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt -
4. 1 tbsp. lime juice -
5. 1 tbsp. chia seeds -

How to cook deliciously - Watermelon Smoothie

1. Stage

Combine watermelon, raspberries, yogurt, and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. 

2. Stage

Add chia seeds and blend on low until incorporated, but still whole.
