Ingredients for - Baked Cinnamon Apples

1. 4 apples, such as honeycrisp -
2. 1/2 c. butter, softened -
3. 1/4 c. old fashioned oats -
4. 1/4 c. packed brown sugar -
5. 1/4 c. chopped pecans -
6. 1 tsp. ground cinnamon -
7. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg -
8. Pinch kosher salt -
9. Ice cream, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Baked Cinnamon Apples

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. Core apples with a melon baller without cutting through the bottom. 

2. Stage

In a medium bowl mix together butter, oats, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. 

3. Stage

Place apples in a small baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes and then remove foil.
