1. 1 c. finely ground Flamin' Hot Cheetos -
2. 1/4 c. all-purpose flour  -
3. 2 tsp. baking powder -
4. Pinch kosher salt -
5. 1/4 c. granulated sugar -
6. 2 tbsp. cornstarch -
7. 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. aquafaba (210 g.) -
8. Neutral oil, for frying -
9. Powdered sugar, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Flamin' Hot Cheetos Funnel Cake

1. Stage

In a medium pot over medium-low heat, heat 1" oil to about 350°. Line a plate or baking sheet with paper towels.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk Cheetos, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cornstarch until well combined. Drizzle in aquafaba and stir until smooth. Transfer batter to a piping bag.

3. Stage

Cut a ¼” hole in your piping bag and squeeze about ¼ cup batter into hot oil in a circular pattern. Fry until golden, about 3 minutes. Drain and transfer to prepared plate. Repeat with remaining batter.

4. Stage

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
