Ingredients for - Banana Pancake Dippers

1. 3 bananas, halved and sliced lengthwise -
2. 1 tbsp. butter -
3. 1 batch prepared pancake batter (see below) -
4. Melted chocolate, for dipping -
5. 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour -
6. 1 tbsp. baking powder -
7. 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar -
8. 1 tsp. kosher salt -
9. 3/4 c. whole milk -
10. 1/2 c. sour cream -
11. 2 large eggs -
12. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -

How to cook deliciously - Banana Pancake Dippers

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, brown sugar, and salt. 

2. Stage

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and sour cream, then add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. 

3. Stage

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined. 

4. Stage

In a large bowl, dip bananas in pancake batter.

5. Stage

In a large skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add dipped bananas and let cook until golden, 2 minutes per side.

6. Stage

Serve with melted chocolate for dipping.

Line basket of air fryer with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.

Working in batches, dip bananas in pancake batter then place in a single layer on parchment paper.

Cook at 350° until golden, about 16 minutes
