2. 1 oz. dark crème de cacao -
3. 1 oz. heavy cream -
4. Ice -
5. Grated fresh nutmeg, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Brandy Alexander

1. Stage

Fill a cocktail glass with ice water. In a cocktail shaker, combine cognac, crème de cacao, and cream. Fill shaker with ice. Cover and vigorously shake until outside of shaker is very frosty, about 30 seconds.

2. Stage

Empty cocktail glass, then strain cocktail into glass. Top with nutmeg.
