2. 1 Juice of 1 lemon -
5. 1 large cucumber, sliced into 1/4" coins -
6. 8 oz. lump crabmeat -
9. 3 green onions, thinly sliced (plus more for garnish) -

How to cook deliciously - California Sushi Bites
1. Stage
In a medium bowl, squeeze lemon juice over avocado and season with salt and pepper. Use a fork to top each cucumber slice with avocado.
2. Stage
In another medium bowl, combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, Sriracha (if using), and green onions. Season with salt and pepper and stir with fork.
3. Stage
Top each cucumber slice with a small scoop of the crab mixture, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with soy sauce.
