1. 1/4 c. vegetable oil -
2. 1/2 c. popping corn -
3. 2 tbsp. popping corn -
4. 1 tsp. smoked hot Spanish paprika -
5. 1/2 tbsp. sugar -
6. 4 tbsp. unsalted butter -
7. 1/2 c. Japanese furikake mix -
8. 2 c. Japanese mixed rice crackers -
9. Kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Smoky Popcorn

1. Stage

In a large saucepan, combine the oil and popcorn, cover and cook over moderate heat until it starts to pop. Shake the pan and cook until the corn stops popping.

2. Stage

Transfer the hot popcorn to a large bowl. Sprinkle with the paprika and sugar and toss well. Drizzle with the butter and toss, adding the furikake and rice crackers.
