11. 1 avocado, chopped -
12. 1 c. grape tomatoes, quartered -
13. 1/2 red onion, finely chopped -
14. 2 tbsp. sliced basil -
15. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -
16. 1/3 c. lime juice -
17. 1 clove garlic, minced -
18. 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes -

How to cook deliciously - Ultimate Chip & Dip Platter

1. Stage

Make yogurt dip: In a medium bowl stir together yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, lemon juice, dill and cumin. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to serving bowl. Drizzle with olive oil if using.

2. Stage

Make corn salsa: In a large bowl combine corn, avocado, tomatoes, onion and basil. In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, lime, garlic and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and whisk until smooth. Pour mixture over the salsa and stir until ingredients are fully coated.

3. Stage

Make sour cream & onion dip: In a medium skillet over medium-low heat, heat oil. Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and caramelized, 15 to 20 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.

4. Stage

In a medium bowl, stir together sour cream and onion mixture. Season with more salt and pepper if needed and transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with chives and serve immediately.

Make pimento cheese dip: In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Transfer to serving dish.

6. Stage

Transfer hummus and guacamole to serving dishes. Place all dips on a platter and surround with chips.
