How to cook deliciously - Cherry Sazerac
1. Stage
Chill a cocktail glass in freezer until chilled, at least 10 minutes.
2. Stage
Add absinthe to chilled glass and swirl around glass. Discard liquid.
3. Stage
Fill a small glass or cocktail shaker with ice. Add cherry juice, bitters, whiskey, and cognac. Stir until chilled then strain into cocktail glass.
4. Stage
Garnish with a lemon peel and maraschino cherry.
