2. 2 tbsp. coconut oil -
3. 16 fresh strawberries with stems (depending on your ice cube tray) -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cubes

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, stir together melted chocolate chips and coconut oil.

2. Stage

Spoon a layer of chocolate mixture into the bottom of each ice cube mold, then top each with a strawberry, stem side-up. Spoon remaining chocolate mixture over strawberries.

3. Stage

Freeze until chocolate is solid, 4 to 5 hours.
