Ingredients for - Cinnamon Apple Smash

1. 1 tbsp. granulated sugar -
2. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon -
3. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
4. 1/2 lemon, cut into wedges -
5. 1 oz. maple syrup -
6. 4 oz. [ yellow tail ] Pure Bright Pinot Grigio -
7. 3 oz. apple cider -
8. 2 oz. bourbon -
9. 1/2 tsp. rim mixture -
10. Ice -
11. Apple slices and cinnamon sticks, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Cinnamon Apple Smash

1. Stage

In a small dish, combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Rub the rims of two stemless wineglasses with a lemon wedge, then dip in sugar mixture. Fill the rimmed glasses with ice. 

2. Stage

Muddle lemon wedges and maple syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add [ yellow tail ] Pure Bright Pinot Grigio, apple cider, bourbon, and ½ teaspoon of the remaining sugar mixture. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very frosty, about 20 seconds.

3. Stage

Strain cocktail into prepared glasses and garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
