Ingredients for - Hot Cocoa Cookies

1. 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour -
2. 2 tsp. baking soda -
3. 1/2 tsp. kosher salt -
4. 1 c. milk chocolate chips (½ cup finely chopped and ½ cup whole chips) -
5. 1 (3.8-oz.) box JELL-O Chocolate Fudge Instant Pudding -
6. 1 c. butter, softened -
7. 1/3 c. sugar -
8. 3/4 c. light brown sugar -
9. 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
10. 2 eggs, cold -
11. 1 c. JET-PUFFED Mini Marshmallows -

How to cook deliciously - Hot Cocoa Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350º and line baking sheet with parchment paper. 

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, salt, milk chocolate, and pudding mix for 2 minutes. 

3. Stage

In a large bowl, cream together butter, sugars, and extract. Add in the eggs and stir until combined, then add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Add in the mini marshmallows and combine. 

4. Stage

Use a small scoop (1 ¾”) to make balls. Bake cookies 3 inches apart for 10 minutes. Let cool completely and enjoy.
