2. 1/4 c. maple sryup -
3. 1 tbsp. lapsang souchong tea leaves -
4. 1 clove garlic -
5. 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard -
6. 1/2 tsp. salt -
7. 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground pepper -
8. 3/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil -

How to cook deliciously - Lapsang-Maple Salad Dressing

1. Stage

In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar and syrup. Bring to a boil, stir in the tea leaves, and remove from heat. Let sit for about 6 minutes. Strain, but do not press on the tea leaves. Discard the tea leaves.

In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar-syrup mixture, garlic, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add the olive oil in a thin, steady stream, whisking all the while to emulsify the dressing.

Serve the dressing with greens as is or warmed to slightly wilt the greens.
