3. 4 oz. egg noodles -
4. 1 apple -

6. 1/4 c. raisins -
7. c. sugar -
8. 3/4 tsp. cinnamon -
9. 2 tbsp. butter -
10. Cooking spray -
11. 2 tbsp. bread crumbs -

How to cook deliciously - Noodle Kugel

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Fill the pot halfway with the water. Add the salt, and bring to a boil on high heat.

2. Stage

Cook the noodles in the boiling water on low heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn off the stove top when they are done.

3. Stage

While the noodles are cooking, crack the eggs into the mixing bowl and discard the shells. Then add the apple, raisins, sugar, and cinnamon. Use the spoon to combine the ingredients.

4. Stage

Use potholders to pour the pot of noodles into the colander to drain. Then return the drained noodles to the pot. If the pot is heavy or hard for you to handle, have an adult do the pouring.

Now quickly add the butter to the warm noodles, and stir with the wooden spoon until the butter melts. Add the apple mixture to the noodles and combine.

6. Stage

Transfer the noodle-apple concoction to the baking dish, and sprinkle the bread crumbs on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Use potholders to remove your Noodle Kugel from the oven, and let it cool before you serve it or try a bite.
