Ingredients for - Olive Chicken I

1. Whole chicken, cut into pieces - 1 (2 to 3 pound)
2. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Onions, chopped - 2
4. Salt to taste - 2
5. Ground black pepper to taste - 2
6. Ground ginger - ½ teaspoon
7. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
8. Pitted green olives - 1 pound
9. Lemon, juiced - 1
10. Water - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Olive Chicken I

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large saute pan. Add onions, and sprinkle with ginger and paprika. Saute until onions are golden.

2. Stage

Place chicken on top of onions. Add about 1 to 2 cups of water, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olives. Cook about 1 hour, or until the chicken is tender.
