1. 1 pound carrots (with small cores) peeled and coarsely grated -
2. 1/2 cup golden or crimson raisins -
5. 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons freshly juiced lemon juice -
6. 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons orange flower water -
8. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, or more to taste -
9. Salt and pepper, lightly sprinkled to taste -
10. Fresh mint, chopped, for garnish -

Combine all the ingredients except mint.
