6. 1/2 medium ripe avocado, peeled and thinly sliced -
7. 1 hard-boiled large egg, chopped -
8. 1 cup grape tomatoes, chopped -
9. VINAIGRETTE: -
10. 1/3 cup olive oil -
11. 3 tablespoons lemon juice -
12. 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish -
13. 2 tablespoons honey -
14. 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder -
15. 1-1/2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard -
16. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes -
