1. 4 slices challah bread, lightly toasted
2. 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3. 4 tbsp. peanut butter
4. 1 beefsteak tomato, thinly sliced
5. 1/2 c. corn silk, finely chopped 
6. 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions

Spread mayonnaise on all 4 slices of bread, then spread peanut butter evenly across each slice. Top 2 slices with tomato, corn silk, and green onions, then close sandwiches with remaining 2 slices bread.
