3. 1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish -
4. 3/4 tsp. prepared horseradish -
5. 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice -
6. 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. 2 c. pickle chips, drained -
10. 4 oz. thinly sliced corned beef -
11. 3 oz. thinly sliced Swiss -
12. 1/4 c. sauerkraut -

How to cook deliciously - Reuben Pickle Bites

1. Stage

Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, horseradish, lemon juice, and Worcestershire. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Arrange half the pickle chips on a platter. Top with sliced corned beef, Swiss, sauerkraut, and drizzle with dressing. Close the bites with remaining half of pickles and a toothpick.
