Ingredients for - PSL Jell-O Shots

1. 1 c. coffee
2. 1 packet gelatin
3. 2/3 c. Kahlúa
4. 1/3 c. heavy cream
5. 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish
6. Straws, for garnish
7. Whipped Cream, for garnish

How to cook deliciously - PSL Jell-O Shots

1 . Stage

In a small saucepan, bring coffee to a boil. Turn off heat and whisk in gelatin. Add in Kahlúa, heavy cream, and pumpkin spice and whisk to combine.

2 . Stage

Divide mixture evenly among 10 plastic shot glasses. Cut straws into 2” pieces and place into each cup. 

3 . Stage

Transfer shots to fridge to set, about 1 hour.

4 . Stage

When fully set, top with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice before serving.
