1. 1 c. coffee -
2. 1 packet gelatin -
3. 2/3 c. Kahlúa -
4. 1/3 c. heavy cream -
5. 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, plus more for garnish -
6. Straws, for garnish -
7. Whipped Cream, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - PSL Jell-O Shots

1. Stage

In a small saucepan, bring coffee to a boil. Turn off heat and whisk in gelatin. Add in Kahlúa, heavy cream, and pumpkin spice and whisk to combine.

2. Stage

Divide mixture evenly among 10 plastic shot glasses. Cut straws into 2” pieces and place into each cup. 

3. Stage

Transfer shots to fridge to set, about 1 hour.

When fully set, top with whipped cream and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice before serving.
