1. 1 c. apple cider -
2. Juice of 1/2 a lemon -
3. 2 (0.25-oz.) envelopes unflavored gelatin -
4. 1 c. Fireball whisky -
5. Whipped Cream, for garnish -
6. Ground cinnamon, for garnish -
7. Apple slices, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Fireball Cider Jell-O Shots

1. Stage

In a small saucepan, add apple cider and lemon juice. Sprinkle over gelatin and let bloom, about 5 minutes.

2. Stage

Place pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring to dissolve gelatin. Stir in Fireball and remove from heat.

3. Stage

Pour into shot glasses and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

4. Stage

Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and an apple slice.
