1. 36 oz. ketchup -
2. 12 oz. tomato paste -
3. 8 oz. spicy brown mustard -
4. 3 oz. light brown sugar -
5. 8 oz. triple sec -
6. 3 oz. Lea & Perrins -
9. 2 head garlic -
10. 1 peeled and chopped -
12. 1 tbsp. dried thyme -
13. 1 oz. Liquid Smoke -
14. 18 oz. raspberry puree -
15. 16 oz. raspberry preserve -
16. 24 oz. tamarind concentrate -
17. 16 oz. water -
How to cook deliciously - Raspberry Tamarind Barbecue Sauce
1. Stage
Place all ingredients in a heavy-bottom stainless steel pot.
2. Stage
Bring to a boil and turn down to a low simmer. Stir frequently.
3. Stage
Reduce by 1/4.
4. Stage
Let cool slightly, then place a hand held submersion blender in the pot and puree until smooth.
5. Stage
Place in clean jars, and let cool. Cover and store in refrigerator. This sauce holds well in a sealed container all summer.
