1. 6 servings instant mashed potatoes -
2. 1/2 c. shredded Romano pecorino cheese -
3. 1 1/2 c. vegetable broth -
4. 1 1/2 c. chopped carrots -
5. 1 1/2 c. chopped onions -
6. 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms -
7. 1 1/2 c. sliced celery -
8. 1 1/2 c. frozen corn -
9. 1 tsp. Black pepper -
10. 2 bay leaves -
11. 2 whole cloves -
12. 1 package Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers™ Recipe Crumbles™ -
13. 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour -

How to cook deliciously - Humble Crumble Pie

1. Stage

Follow the recipe per package directions for mashed potatoes, decreasing the margarine by half. Stir in cheese. Set aside.

2. Stage

In large saucepan, combine broth, carrots, onions, mushrooms, celery, corn, pepper, bay leaves, and cloves. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Add Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers™ Recipe Crumbles™. Mix well. Remove 1/2 cup broth and mix with flour, and slowly add back to vegetable/crumble mixture. Simmer until thickened. Remove bay leaves.

3. Stage

Transfer vegetable/crumble mixture to 3-quart casserole dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Top mixture with reserved mashed potatoes and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes begin to turn a golden brown.This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
