1. 8 c. baby spinach -
2. 1 c. frozen baby peas -
3. 1/2 c. grape tomatoes -
4. 1/4 c. vegetable oil -
5. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil -
6. 1 onion -
7. 1 Holland or serrano chili -
8. 1 tsp. finely grated fresh ginger -
9. 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds -
10. 1/4 tsp. turmeric -
11. 2 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice -
12. Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper -
13. 1 lb. large shrimp -

How to cook deliciously - Spinach-and-Shrimp Salad with Chili Dressing

1. Stage

In a large bowl, toss spinach, peas, and tomatoes. In a medium skillet, heat oil. Add onion and cook over moderately high heat until lightly golden, 4 minutes. Add chili, ginger, cumin, and turmeric and cook 2 minutes. Add lemon juice and season dressing with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Add shrimp to salad. Pour warm chili dressing over salad, toss well, and serve at once.
