1. 2 tbsp. vegetable oil -
2. 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast or beef sirloin steak -
3. 1 medium green or red pepper -
4. 1 medium onion -
5. 1 1/2 c. Pace® Chunky Salsa -
6. 8 flour tortillas -
7. Guacamole -

How to cook deliciously - Sizzling Fajitas

1. Stage

Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it's well browned, stirring often.

2. Stage

Stir the pepper and onion in the skillet and cook until they're tender-crisp. Stir the salsa in the skillet. Cook until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbling.

3. Stage

Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with additional salsa. Fold the tortillas around the filling. Serve with the guacamole, if desired.

4. Stage
