1. 4 oz. goat cheese, room temperature -
2. 2 oz. cream cheese, room temperature -
3. Freshly ground black pepper -
4. 2 c. thinly sliced strawberries -
5. 2 tsp. granulated sugar -
6. 4 slices Sara Lee Butter Bread, toasted -
7. 1/4 c. chopped toasted pistachios -
8. 1/2 c. packed baby arugula -
9. Kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Strawberry Goat Cheese Toast

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine goat cheese and cream cheese until smooth; season with a few grinds of pepper.

2. Stage

In another medium bowl, toss strawberries with sugar.

3. Stage

Spread goat cheese mixture on one side of each slice of Sara Lee Butter Bread. Top goat cheese mixture with strawberries. Sprinkle with pistachios and arugula and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
