Ingredients for - Garlic Parmesan Salmon

1. Cooking spray -
2. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley -
4. 1/4 c. finely grated Parmesan, plus more for serving -
5. 4 cloves garlic, minced -
6. Kosher salt -
7. Freshly ground black pepper -
8. 1 (3-lb.) salmon fillet -
9. Lemon wedges, for erving -

How to cook deliciously - Garlic Parmesan Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400º and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. In a small bowl, mix together oil, parsley, Parmesan, and garlic and season with salt and pepper.

2. Stage

Place salmon on prepared baking sheet and brush garlic mixture all over salmon.

3. Stage

Cover with foil and bake until salmon is cooked through, 15 to 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with more Parmesan and serve with lemon wedges.
