5. 1/2 cup chopped pecans -

1. Stage

In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla extract until the blend is smooth. Then, stir in the pecans.

Next, press the fudge into an eight-inch square dish lined with foil. Cover it and refrigerate the overnight or for at least six hours. Serve it chilled.
