Ingredients for - Blueberry Tart

1. 1 pie dough -
2. 3 c. blueberries -
3. c. sugar -
4. 1 tbsp. water -
5. 1 dash vanilla -
6. Juice from 1/2 lemon -
7. 1 tbsp. corn starch -

How to cook deliciously - Blueberry Tart

1. Stage

Bake the crust for 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until a light, golden crust forms on the pie dough.

2. Stage

Pour berries, sugar, and water into a pan on medium heat. Stir so that the berries start to break down. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Turn to low and simmer for about 3 to 5 minutes. Sift in the corn starch while stirring and let simmer about 1 minute more. Remove from heat.

3. Stage

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked berries and a little of their juice into the pre-baked pie crust. Reserve remaining cooking liquid to drizzle around the plate when serving.
