Ingredients for - Bubbly Champagne Punch

1. 3 orange slices, halved -
2. Fresh or frozen cranberries -
3. 2-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice -
4. 1-1/2 cups ginger ale -
5. 2 bottles (750 ml each) brut champagne, chilled -
6. 1 bottle (375 ml) sweet white wine, chilled -
7. 1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed -

How to cook deliciously - Bubbly Champagne Punch

1. Stage

Line the bottom of a 6-cup ring mold with orange slices and cranberries. Stir together the pineapple juice and ginger ale, then pour over the fruit. Freeze the entire thing until it’s completely solid.

2. Stage

Just before serving the punch, unmold the ice ring into a punch bowl. Gently stir in the two bottles of champagne, sweet white wine and frozen lemonade concentrate.
