How to cook deliciously - Burritos Muy Buenos

1. Stage

Heat the olive oil in the skillet on medium heat until the oil shimmers. Then sauté the onion in the oil, stirring with the wooden spoon until you can almost see through the onions.

2. Stage

Add the beans, bay leaf, chili powder, and salt to the onions. Use the wooden spoon to combine the ingredients. Let them heat up while you prepare the rest of the food.

3. Stage

Halve the avocado, twisting the halves apart to remove the pit. Hold the avocado on the cutting board and use the table knife to cut a grid in the avocado’s insides. Scoop the chunks out with a spoon.

4. Stage

Microwave the tortillas for 20 seconds, to make them easy to fold. Lay them on a plate, and then use the spoon to put one-fourth of the cheese, tomatoes, rice, salsa, and bean-and-onion mixture into a tortilla. Sprinkle on the avocado pieces.

5. Stage

Fold the top and bottom of the tortilla over the filling. Then fold one side over, and roll the burrito up. Repeat for the other three tortillas.
