Ingredients for - Caramel Apple Ice Cream Cups

1. 4 tbsp. butter, melted -
2. 2 tbsp. granulated sugar -
3. 2 tsp. ground cinnamon -
4. 4 apples, such as honeycrisp or granny smith  -
5. 2 pt. Breyers Delights Butter Pecan Ice Cream -
6. Caramel, for serving -
7. Chopped pecans, for garnish  -

How to cook deliciously - Caramel Apple Ice Cream Cups

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, mix together butter, sugar, and cinnamon. 

2. Stage

Hollow out apples with a melon baller, being careful not to pierce through the bottom. Brush inside of apples with cinnamon butter. 

3. Stage

Place apples into a small baking dish. Bake until apples are tender but still holding shape, about 15 minutes. Let cool slightly. 

4. Stage

Fill apple cups with ice cream then drizzle with caramel and top with pecans.
