Ingredients for - Carrot Ginger Mules

1. Carrot juice - 4 cups
2. Pineapple juice - 1 cup
3. Lime juice - ¼ cup
4. Ginger beer - 2 (12 ounce) bottles
5. Ice cubes - 2 (12 ounce) bottles
6. Vodka - 1 cup
7. Lime wedges - 1 cup
8. Baby carrots, halved - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Carrot Ginger Mules

1. Stage

Stir together carrot juice, pineapple juice, and lime juice in a pitcher. Chill, covered, up to 24 hours.

2. Stage

Stir in ginger beer just before serving. Pour into 8 ice-filled glasses. Add 2 tablespoons vodka to each glass. Garnish with lime wedges and halved baby carrots.
