Ingredients for - Homemade BBQ Meatballs

1. Eggs, beaten - 4
2. Vodka - ½ cup
3. Water - ½ cup
4. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
5. Dried minced onion flakes - 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic powder, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground beef - 3 pounds
10. Ground turkey - 2 pounds
11. Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 1 (15 ounce) package
12. Crushed tomatoes - 2 (28 ounce) cans
13. Tomato puree - 2 (14.25 ounce) cans
14. Hickory smoke flavored barbeque sauce - 1 (18 ounce) bottle
15. Crushed pineapple - 1 (8 ounce) can
16. Brown sugar - 1 cup
17. Ketchup - 1 (14 ounce) bottle
18. Vodka - ½ cup
19. Dried minced onion flakes - 2 tablespoons
20. Garlic powder, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
21. Salt, or to taste - ½ teaspoon
22. Ground black pepper, or to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Homemade BBQ Meatballs

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine eggs, 1/2 cup vodka and Worcestershire sauce. Season with 2 tablespoons onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix in ground beef, ground turkey and bread crumbs. Shape into meatballs, and set aside.

2. Stage

In a very large pot over medium heat, Combine crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, barbeque sauce, pineapple, brown sugar, ketchup, and 1/2 cup vodka. Season to taste with onion flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer.

3. Stage

Heat a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until evenly brown on all sides. Carefully place into sauce, and simmer for at least an hour.
