1. Hickory flavored barbeque sauce 1 (18 ounce) bottle
2. Fresh mushrooms (Optional) 1 (16 ounce) package
3. Stewed tomatoes 1 (14.5 ounce) can
4. Onions, coarsely chopped 2 large
5. Brown sugar ½ cup
6. Garlic, peeled ½ head
7. Malt vinegar 2 tablespoons
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch
9. Water, if needed ¼ cup
10. Pork chops 2 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Juicy Pulled Pork

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Combine barbeque sauce, mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a food processor or blender; pulse until mixture is blended but still chunky. If the mixture is too thick, add water.

3 . Stage

Arrange pork chops in a baking dish and cover with barbeque sauce mixture; cover with aluminum foil.

4 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until pork is very tender, about 3 hours. Shred pork with 2 forks.
