2. 1/4 c. light brown sugar -
3. 2 tbsp. cornstarch -
4. c. cocoa powder -
5. 2 c. whole milk -
6. 2 c. half-and-half -
7. 1 c. chocolate chips -
8. 1/4 c. unsalted butter -

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Pudding

1. Stage

In a medium pot, stir the sugars, cornstarch, and cocoa powder until well combined.

2. Stage

Slowly whisk the milk and half-and-half into the mixture, then bring to a boil, whisking vigorously until thick.

3. Stage

Whisk in the chocolate chips and butter until fully incorporated and smooth. Whisk in the vanilla. Pour into a heatproof bowl. Cover the surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 to 8 hours.
