Ingredients for - Fireball Fondue

1. 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese -
2. 1 1/2 c. grated white Cheddar cheese -
3. 2 tbsp. cornstarch -
4. 1 c. lager -
5. 2 tbsp. Fireball Whiskey -
6. 1 tbsp. Hot sauce, such as Tabasco -
7. Cubed bread, for dipping -
8. Vegetables, for dipping -

How to cook deliciously - Fireball Fondue

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, toss cheeses with cornstarch.

2. Stage

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, add lager. Bring to a simmer. Gradually add cheese, whisking to combine.

3. Stage

Stir in Fireball and hot sauce and season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture is bubbling.

4. Stage

Remove from heat and serve with dippers of your choice.
