Ingredients for - Easy Vegetable Soup

1. 1 tsp. vegetable oil -
2. 1/4 c. chopped onion -
3. 1 clove garlic -
4. 1/4 tsp. dried parsley flakes -
5. 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves -
6. 3 1/2 c. Swanson® Beef Broth -
7. 2 medium carrots -
8. 1 medium potato -
9. 1 c. fresh or frozen cut green beans -

How to cook deliciously - Easy Vegetable Soup

1. Stage

Heat the oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, parsley and thyme and cook until the onion is tender-crisp.

2. Stage

Add the broth, carrots, potato and beans to the saucepan and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
