2. 2 egg white egg whites -
3. 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
4. 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar -
5. Food coloring, such as pink, green, blue, and yellow -
6. Assorted sprinkles -
7. 1 (16-oz.) package Nutter Butters -

How to cook deliciously - Flip Flop Cookies

1. Stage

Make royal icing: In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat sugar, egg whites, vanilla, and cream of tartar until smooth. Divide into 3 bowls and dye each a different color. Transfer each color to a separate piping bag.

2. Stage

Using scissors, cut a very small hole at the tip of your piping bag. Pipe straps onto each Nutter Butter. Where the straps meet, place a sprinkle in the center.
