1. 3/4 c. oat flour -
2. 3/4 tsp. baking powder -
3. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
4. 1 large egg -
5. 1/2 c. whole milk -
6. 1 tbsp. butter, melted  -
7. 1 tsp. maple syrup, plus more for serving -
8. 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
9. Olive oil cooking spray -
10. Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Oat Pancakes

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. In another medium bowl, whisk egg, milk, butter, syrup, and vanilla. Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture until just combined.

2. Stage

In another medium bowl, whisk milk, egg, butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.

3. Stage

Grease a 6" pie dish with cooking spray, then add one-quarter (about 1/4 cup) of batter. Place dish in an air-fryer basket. Cook at 400° until pancake is puffed and lightly golden, about 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

4. Stage

Top pancakes with yogurt, more syrup, and sliced fruit.
