Ingredients for - Garlicky Broccoli Rabe

1. 2 large bunches broccoli rabe, tough stems removed -
2. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. 2 cloves garlic, minced -
4. Kosher salt -
5. Freshly ground black pepper -
6. Pinch crushed red pepper flakes -
7. Lemon wedges, optional  -

How to cook deliciously - Garlicky Broccoli Rabe

1. Stage

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook broccoli rabe for 1 minute, then place into a bowl of ice water. Drain and pat dry. 

2. Stage

In a medium skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add broccoli rabe and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Toss to coat and cook until warmed through, 2 minutes. 

3. Stage

Serve with lemon, if desired.
