Ingredients for - Baked Turkey Burgers

1. 1 lb. ground turkey
2. 1 large egg, beaten
3. 1 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
4. 1/2 small shallot, minced
5. 2 green onions, thinly sliced
6. 2 cloves garlic, minced
7. 1 tsp. ground mustard
8. Kosher salt
9. Freshly ground black pepper
10. Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
11. Hamburger buns
12. Spicy mayonnaise
13. Butterhead lettuce
14. Red onion, thinly sliced
15. Avocado, sliced

How to cook deliciously - Baked Turkey Burgers

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and remaining ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, and pinch of red pepper flakes and mix until just combined. Form into 4 patties about 3” wide and place on prepared baking sheet. Mixture may be wet and it’s helpful to wet your hands to form into a patty. Once on the baking sheet, you can flatten the patty more. 

2 . Stage

Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°. 

3 . Stage

Serve on buns with desired toppings.
