2. 1 c. peanut butter -
3. 1 large egg  -
4. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
5. 1/2 tsp. baking soda -
6. 1/2 c. granulated sugar -
7. 1/4 tsp. kosher salt -
8. 1 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips -

How to cook deliciously - Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350° and line two baking sheets with parchment. 

2. Stage

Mash banana in a large mixing bowl. Add peanut butter, egg, vanilla, baking soda, sugar, and salt, stirring to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.

3. Stage

Drop heaping spoonfuls of dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, placing cookies about 1 1/2” apart.

4. Stage

Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until cookies are lightly golden.
