1. 1/2 lb. (2 sticks) unsalted butte, at room temperature -
2. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
3. 3 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar -
4. 1/2 tsp. fine sea salt -
5. 3/4 c. Oreo Crumble -
6. 1/4 c. heavy cream, at room temperature -

How to cook deliciously - Cookies and Cream Icing

1. Stage

With a hand mixer or a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, whip the butter on high speed for 1 minute. Add the vanilla and whip just to incorporate.

2. Stage

With the mixer on low speed, gradually add the confectioners' sugar, 1 cup at a time, until completely incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl between additions.

3. Stage

Add the salt and Oreo Crumble and whip on high speed for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy.

4. Stage

With the mixer on low speed, add the cream a little at a time, stopping when you reach the preferred consistency.
