1. 2 Sticks unsalted butter, softened -
2. 1 7-ounce container marshmallow fluff (about 2 cups) -
3. 2 c. powdered sugar -
4. Pinch of kosher salt -

How to cook deliciously - Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting

1. Stage

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, add butter and beat on medium-high speed until smooth.

2. Stage

Turn off mixer and add marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time; beat on low speed to start, then increase speed to medium to incorporate. Scrape down sides of bowl and continue adding sugar and mixing until frosting is completely smooth and looks fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Stage

Add pinch of salt and beat until combined, 1 minute more.
